Caffè Haiti Roma is an artisanal roasting company that was born in 1950 thanks to the initiative of our founder Azeglio, and has always been tightly connected to the world of bar and restaurant industry, the professional field of coffee that still today represents the heart of our line of business. A “delight in the cup”, the tasting of espresso as an absolute moment of pleasure is the mission that from the very beginning has accompanied our roasting company, through a proposal of very high quality coffee blends, in line with the best artisanal tradition of the capital city.
A unique process of transformation
The untiring research and devotion to make our own idea of excellent Espresso Coffee, in respect of the environment and the health of the consumers, with the passing of time has become a Certified Quality production system, based on the tightened control over all the manufacturing steps. From the choice of the best green coffee, to the artisanal roasting and blending process, up to the tasting of the precious cup: all these moments are monitored through careful quality controls by our experts who, acting in this way, express at their best the company know-how of great experience, deep knowledge of the field and passion for coffee.
Quality Certifications
Today the roasting company Caffè Haiti Roma is among the leading trademarks in the market of Espresso in the capital city and in the surrounding area, and it is among the first roasting companies in the world to be certified as Company with the Integrated DQS Certification, which includes Certification of the Quality Management System DIN EN ISO 9001, of the Environment Management System EN ISO 14001, and of the Management System for Health and Safety at the Workplace OH SAS 18001.
